Currently in its third generation, the Opel Zafira is the German automaker's entry into the MPV market. The Zafira was introduced in 1999. It is also produced in the United Kingdom under the Vauxhall badge.

A two-door coupe or fastback, the Crossfire was marketed by Chrysler between 2004 and 2008. A modern '60s throwback, this muscle car takes design features from all the classics and packages it together with a 6.4-liter V8 LS9 engine from General Motors which produces 640 brake horsepower. It will set you back a cool $250,000, however.

Although the Skylark had been around since the 1950s, in 1965, Buick introduced the Skylark Gran Sport. It was available as a hardtop, coupe and convertible and powered by an engine produced for the first time in the 1950s - the Wildcat 455. This 401-cubic inch V8 engine produced 325 brake horsepower.

Launched in 2010, the Juke immediately caught the eye with its very different looks in what was a bland compact crossover SUV market. The Juke originally first appeared as a concept car in 2009. It proved popular in the United States, selling over 150 000 units over a five-year period from 2012 to 2016.

A four-door fastback sedan, the MKR was a concept car showed by Lincoln at the 2007 North American Motor Show. It was based on the Ford DC2 Platform, the same used for the Mustang. The MKR was powered by a 3.5-liter TwinForce/EcoBoost V6 engine.

Although its design (effectively brick-shaped) only allowed a top speed of 65mph, the FC-150 certainly is something to behold. Built on the same wheelbase as the CJ-5, the FC-150 looked far bigger thanks to the massive cab put on top of it.The FC-150 handled well, gave an excellent view of surroundings and was capable off-road.

Part of Hyundai's luxury division, the G80 was first introduced in 2016. This 4-door luxury sedan has eight different engine options.

Produced by Dodge between 1955 and 1956, this 2-door hardtop was specifically aimed at the fairer sex. Only 2,500 were sold in a two-year period, although little evidence suggests that it was well marketed.

One of Ford's offerings in the highly competitive compact crossover market, the Escape has sold close to 1.5 million units in the past five years. The Escape is not only popular in the States, however. Named the Kuga in other parts of the world, it sells well in Europe and Australia. It is available with either front-wheel or all-wheel drive and has a six-speed gearbox as standard.

As the luxury brand of Nissan, Infiniti offers top-quality cars but a little pricier than other vehicles in their respective segments. The Q70 is certainly not cheap, even at entry level, but it does offer a host of onboard features, ample space for cargo and passengers and an excellent fuel-efficient hybrid engine.

Known for their sports cars, the LM002 was a massive departure for Lamborghini. It was built between 1986 and 1993 with 328 made. Interestingly, Pirelli was commissioned to make custom tires for the vehicle.

Produced in India for the global market, the Scorpio was first marketed in 2002. It is currently in its second generation and is powered by either a gas or turbodiesel engine. Although it was intended to market the vehicle in America, the deal fell through.

Built by Italian firm Pagani, the Zonda sports car had a unique look when introduced in 1999. A number of models followed over the years with a range of power plant options including a 6.0 /7.0 or 7.3-liter M120 AMG V12 motor with the 7.0-liter pushing out 540 brake horsepower.

The Cutlass, a model introduced in the early ‘60s, proved to be one of the most popular introduced by the Oldsmobile. It started life in the compact class before the 1964 models moved the Cutlass into the mid-sized category.
