About This Quiz

Without a doubt, the most technical form of motorsport in the world, Formula One has a massive following around the globe.

From March till November, these fans are glued to their television sets, or, for the lucky few, are at the racetracks to see not only technological marvels racing around but also legendary drivers fighting for position.

To make this sport a reality, it relies on constructors to enter their cars into the races. And over the years, there have been many constructors. Some have been in the sport since its inception and have had much success. Others have simply been fly-by-nights who found the Formula One circuit too difficult to compete in, or in most scenarios, very expensive to run a team in.

Did you know that the shortest a team has been in Formula One was just one race? And they didn't even qualify for it. Over the history of the sport, around 1,000 teams have entered. That's a massive number if you think of it.

And all of them bring a range of team colors and liveries to the paddock, each unique in their own way. Some don't change over the years, while others change at the whim of a sponsor. Sometimes its hard to keep up.

Let's see if you can identify 40 F1 teams just from the colors of their car liveries!
