The most classic Citroen of them all, the DS certainly seemed way ahead of its time design-wise when released in 1955. It was produced for a period of 20 years, and over 1.4 million were made. It was available in three body shapes during this time, 4-door sedan, 5-door station wagon and 2-door convertible.

Built between 1998 and 2007, the Wildcat was made by Bowler industries using a range of parts, even those from Land Rover Defenders. This all-wheel-drive off-roader is particularly light thanks to its tubular construction. Wildcats had a range of engine options including three gasoline (4, 4.6 and 5-liter V8s) and two turbo diesel (2.2 and 2.5-liter).

The Golden Eagle trim package was available for both the Jeep CJ-5 and CJ-7. It was introduced in 1977 and featured one color option initially, thrush brown. More colors were added from 1978. Golden Eagle Jeeps also included a large eagle decal on the hood, a Levi's soft top cover and large spoked wheels.

Also known as the QashQai, the Dualis is yet another compact crossover SUV offered by Nissan. It first entered the market in 2006 and is currently in its second generation. The Dualis is marketed as the Nissan Rogue in the United States.

A commercial van model, the Sprinter first entered the market in 1995. It is also available as a people carrier. The Sprinter has proved to be a popular model, especially for those who want a slightly upmarket van option.

The Rebel, particularly the 1970 models, took AMC straight into the muscle car fight. This was a real looker, blessed with a muscle car stance. With “Up with the Rebel Machine!”, AMC's slogan for the car, they were certainly trying to buy into the younger market.

Designed by Jerry Palmer, the Beretta, a front-wheel-drive two-door coupe based on the Chevrolet L body platform was manufactured between 1987 and 1996. It offered seven engine options with the most powerful a 3.1-liter V6.

Available as a two-seat convertible and hardtop, the 3500 was built by the legendary manufacturer Maserati from 1957 to 1964. This was a front-engined rear-wheel drive car powered by a 3.5-liter straight-6 engine which produced around 220 brake horsepower.

The Dodge Adventurer was a version of the Dodge D-Series pickup and was marketed by Dodge from 1968 to 1971. By 1970, there were three Adventurer models for customers to choose from - the base model, the Sport and SE.

Built between 1959 and 1967, the Austin Healey 3000 was powered by a 2.9-liter straight-6 engine. This two-door vehicle was available as a roadster or convertible and many 3000s made their way to North America. In fact, in 1963, over 90% of the 3000’s produced actually ended up in the USA.

This van was first produced in 1961. Four different generations were built up until 2014 when the brand was replaced by the new Transit. The E-Series dominated the van market in North America, claiming well over 70% market share at times.
